Vuka Online (“we”, “us”) builds and maintains websites and related digital services for businesses in South Africa. This policy explains what personal information we collect through vukaonline.co.za, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site, and we do not build advertising profiles.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Form submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms, which passes the message to our email and does not retain it for its own purposes. Our email is hosted by Zoho. This site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which processes standard server request logs including IP addresses.
Enquiries are kept for as long as we have an active or prospective relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
